Sometimes with all the chaos of our everyday lives, we simply run out of time to stick to the healthy; healthy meals, healthy snacks, effective workouts... As a personal trainer and a group exercise instructor, my daily chaos consists of figuring out the every-day healthy, not only for myself, but for my clients as well. The simple rule of making such choices is to take it one step at a time. I hope this blog helps you achieve your fitness, and above all - health goals every day, little by little... until these steps become a part of your lifestyle so you never again have to worry about the extra pounds or the-brand-new-diet-that-was-just-on-the-new-york-times-best-seller list. These steps evolve around three major lifestyle-changing components: (1). Time-saving exercises; (2). Delicious healthy meals; and (3). Listening to what your body is telling you. My goal is to give you new information and healthy fitness ideas and routines every week.
For my dear clients, I hope this blog serves as a reminder of what we are trying to accomplish each week (and long term). About Me
For those who don't know me, my name is Amna Collins. I have worked in the fitness industry for about five years, but have lived the lifestyle (as have my parents) for as long as I remember. My biggest fitness love is Kick Boxing. I deal with everything like I do with monkey bars - you always have to keep moving forward. My biggest accomplishment, I have to say is being a mom to an amazing one-year old baby girl and my biggest goal in life is to set an example for her in all I do.
